Intrapreneur and Entrepreneur

Vivian is an intrapreneur and entrepreneur with over 30 years of international leadership experience from industries spanning educational NGO, petrochemical, leadership development, IT&T, online, advertising and airline industries.  She possesses a proven track record in starting, growing, managing and restructuring organizations.

A pioneer in the interactive industry, she founded Grey Interactive Hong Kong and China, one of the first leading interactive agencies in Hong Kong.  She started her career with Qantas Airways in Sydney, Australia.  During her tenure with the airline, she had delivered successful business processes and systems for Qantas Holidays, Qantas Freight and the joint Service Agreement between Qantas Airways and British Airways.

Prior to joining the company, Vivian was the President and CEO of JA Asia Pacific, a member of JA Worldwide, one of the world's largest youth-serving NGOs dedicated to preparing youth for the future of jobs and work in 18 countries/locations in Asia Pacific.

Miklós Horváth

Serial Entrepreneur and Investor

Miklós Horváth is a serial entrepreneur and investor with long term industrial experience in logistic, IT and automotive sensor.  Mr. Horváth has international private equity track record working with US and German financial investors.  He has successfully established Hungarian owned software companies in Austria and Germany.

In 1993, Miklós founded Ventura, an international investment company specialized in private equity investments in Hungary and the CEE region.  During the years, Ventura has been involved 24 different investment deals.  Miklós had held Managing directorship and Board membership of several companies.

He is member of Board of the European Freight and Logistics Leaders Forum, member of the Presidium of the Confederation of Hungarian Employers abd Industrialists, and Chairman of the Hungarian Foreign Trade Association.
