Vivian Lau

Vivian is the Chair and Group CEO of Pacific Air Holdings Limited, an integrated solution provider specializing in Passenger
and Cargo Airline Sales and Services Management, as well as E-Commerce Logistics Fulfillment. She originally joined the organization as Vice Chair and Group CEO in 2019, leading it through the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19, before being promoted to her current position in 2022.

With over 30 years of international leadership experience, Vivian has successfully driven growth, transformation, and restructuring across diverse industries, including aviation logistics, educational NGOs, petrochemical, leadership development, IT&T, online platforms and advertising. Her entrepreneurial journey is marked by a deep commitment to fostering economic opportunities worldwide, with a special focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Beyond corporate leadership, Vivian has been a prominent advocate for youth and women's development. She has curated and convened TEDxYouth@Hongkong for nine consecutive years since 2011, brought TEDxWomen to Hong Kong, and actively contributed to industry and community initiatives across Asia-Pacific. She has served on various industry and government panels in Hong Kong and internationally. Since 2020, she has been on the Board of the International Women’s Forum Hong Kong
(IWF HK), where she currently serves as President. Vivian is also the fire-starter and Co-Chair of the IWF Cornerstone Conference being hosted in HK in November 2024.

Her leadership, vision, and dedication have earned her prestigious accolades, reinforcing her role as a transformative force driving impactful initiatives across sectors.

Miklós Horváth

Miklós Horváth is a serial entrepreneur and investor with long term industrial experience in logistic, IT and automotive sensor.  Mr. Horváth has international private equity track record working with US and German financial investors.  He has successfully established Hungarian owned software companies in Austria and Germany.

In 1993, Miklós founded Ventura, an international investment company specialized in private equity investments in Hungary and the CEE region.  During the years, Ventura has been involved 24 different investment deals.  Miklós had held Managing directorship and Board membership of several companies.

He is member of Board of the European Freight and Logistics Leaders Forum, member of the Presidium of the Confederation of Hungarian Employers abd Industrialists, and Chairman of the Hungarian Foreign Trade Association.
